Payments

Fees

Escrowly charges a commission fee for successful transactions. Refund processing or administrative review may include additional service fees depending on the payment method used.

Limitation of Liability

Escrowly acts as a neutral escrow provider and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of goods or services exchanged between users. The platform facilitates secure payments and dispute resolution but does not act as a seller or buyer.
